About the role

Mandurah Diesel is looking for a friendly, reliable and well-presented Receptionist to join the team on a 3-day-per-week basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and being the welcoming face of a busy workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Signing people in and out of the workplace
• Answering phones and directing enquiries
• Making tea and coffee for customers, visitors and staff
• General reception and administrative duties
• Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
• Assisting the team with day-to-day office tasks
• Following workplace safety and site procedures

About you

• Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with people
• Reliable and punctual
• Well presented and professional
• Organised and able to multitask
• Comfortable answering phones and dealing with customers
• Computer literate with good basic administration skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Previous reception or administration experience is preferred, but not essential for the right person
• Required to complete DOT training in Perth as part of the role
