Job Description

• Meet and greet guests with a smile and offer assistance as needed.

• Well informed about the resort activities.
• Nắm rõ thông tin về các hoạt động của khu nghỉ dưỡng.
• Ensure well being and safety of the guests and make sure no harm comes to them.
• Đảm bảo sức khỏe và sự an toàn của khách, đồng thời đảm bảo không có bất kỳ nguy hiểm nào xảy ra với khách.
• Prepare and set up team building and bonfire if there is a request.
• Chuẩn bị và bố trí các hoạt động team building và đốt lửa trại nếu có yêu cầu.
• Book, supervise, and monitor Kids Club activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures of activities.
• Đặt lịch, giám sát và theo dõi các hoạt động của Kids Club nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định và quy trình an toàn của các hoạt động.
• Assist with setting up the pool and beach areas before opening the pool and beach. Assist with removing soiled pool towels and tidying the area before closing in the evening.
• Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị khu vực hồ bơi và bãi biển trước khi mở cửa. Hỗ trợ thu gom khăn hồ bơi đã sử dụng và sắp xếp khu vực gọn gàng trước khi đóng cửa vào buổi tối.
• Conduct weekly/monthly inventory and report to the Recreation Supervisor for the replacement or restocking of the goods.
• Thực hiện kiểm kê hàng tuần/hàng tháng và báo cáo cho Giám sát Bộ phận Giải trí để thay thế hoặc bổ sung hàng hóa.
• Report any defects or damaged equipment to the Recreation Supervisor.
• Báo cáo mọi thiết bị bị lỗi hoặc hư hỏng cho Giám sát Bộ phận Giải trí.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management team.

Job Requirement

• A High School Diploma or Vocational School Certificated is preferred.
• Ưu tiên có bằng tốt nghiệp Trung học Phổ thông hoặc chứng chỉ trường nghề.
• One year of experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Ưu tiên có một năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.

• Well-groomed.

• Fluently in the primary language, both reading and writing.
