What they need
Under the supervision of the Recreation Program Supervisor or designee, is responsible for the operations of the office. Ensures front office is operating efficiently; assist and monitor control of patrons entering the facility; ensure patrons are signed in and that all individuals are paying for services rendered; handle money including balancing at end of day; clean restrooms and facilities as directed.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. High School Diploma or the equivalent, plus two (2) years’ experience working with the public; 2. Must have working knowledge of computers and software; 3. Must Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License AND be insurable by the City of Española’s auto/vehicle insurance; 4. Prefer certification in CPR and first aid or ability to obtain upon hire.
