Recreation Supervisor

Townsquare Cilandak in Jakarta, our hip hotel, TS Suites in Bali, TS Group continues to grow by developing new lifestyle & entertainment concepts to meet today's lifestyle needs.

We are looking for a Activity Supervisor to support our growth in Bali.

Responsibilities:

1. Strong ability in planning, supervising, and coordinating schedules, activities, and staff performance, including technical skills, work quality, and behavior.
2. Proven leadership skills in coaching, motivating, training teams, and handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
3. Ability to empower team members by reviewing and improving employee performance and productivity.
4. Capable of creating fun, engaging, and memorable guest activities while ensuring high guest satisfaction.
5. Excellent product knowledge of hotel facilities and activities (gym, spa, kids club, wellness) with the ability to support upselling, cross-selling, and prepare evaluation reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or higher in Hospitality, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Sport/Recreation Management, with at least 1 year of experience in guest activities, recreation, or kids club within a hotel or resort.
2. Strong ability to design, organize, and execute guest activity programs, including fitness, wellness, kids activities, and hospitality events.
3. Good understanding of activity safety procedures, fitness equipment, kids play areas, and basic F&B safety standards.
4. Proficient in activity administration, including scheduling, inventory management, guest feedback, and participation reporting.
5. Well-groomed, service-oriented, communicative, and fluent in English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
