Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Recreational Staff Float to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support and enhance Developmentally Disabled Adults by helping the Individual in the community by attending activities of their choice such as community activities, sporting events and going out to eat, and providing flexible, engaging supervision across these recreational activities. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with Developmentally Disabled Individuals and will work between an ICF Facility in Bolivar Ohio and Group Home setting in Uhrichsville Ohio. As a Recreational Staff Float, you will play a vital role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for participants of all ages, ensuring smooth operations and positive experiences. Must be at least 26 years old for this position, as you will be driving a company vehicle.

Duties

• Provide flexible coverage across multiple recreational areas, assisting with program activities, supervision, and participant engagement.
• Ensure the safety of all participants through vigilant supervision and adherence to first aid protocols when necessary.
• Participate in outdoor activities, including supervising outdoor games, sports, or nature-based programs.
• Maintain clear communication with staff regarding participant needs, program schedules, and safety concerns.
