Position Summary
We are seeking a Certified Recreational Therapist (CTRS) to provide client-centered therapy services in home and community settings. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the support of a collaborative department that values professionalism, compassion, and ethical care.

What You’ll Do

• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment goals
• Facilitate one-on-one and group recreational therapy sessions
• Document client progress and maintain service records
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other professionals
• Plan and implement special events and community-based sessions

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or Recreational Therapy
• Current CTRS certification
• Experience or training in developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance ($50,000/$100,000 minimum coverage)
• Ability to support and train others as needed
