Recruiter Analyst

About the role

Skavana is looking for a Recruiter to help identify and attract great talent across both office and operational roles. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Recruit across both white-collar and blue-collar / operational positions.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on experience, skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for both office and operational roles is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Glints, Pintarnya, Jobstreet and other major recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple vacancies.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
