Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist

Job Purpose:

The Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist position manages the full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and continued communication and credentialing of employees.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Full cycle of recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement and record retention
• Support and develop processes, materials, training and culture initiatives
• Benefit enrollment and maintenance tracking
• Compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and regulations
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by direct report and/or Executive Management.

Requirements

• Pass Drug Test and Criminal Background Check that is required and best business practice(s) of CSI and client(s).
• Insurable by CSI’s auto insurance company
• Maintain valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation for casework.
• Maintain all necessary forms of ID are required to be obtained and maintained to travel by vehicle or commercial airlines.
• Pass a proficiency assessment test for Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Docusign

Physical Environment/Demands

• Ability to travel by car, commercial airlines and overnight stays out of town.
• Indomitable work ethic and the willingness to work additional hours as needed.
• Perform light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• See, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity.
• Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required and minimum 5 years’ experience in recruiting or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements.
• Recruiting and interviewing experience is required.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
