Recruiter (Associate Consultant)

Role & responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Negotiate salary and compensation with selected candidates withi

The candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience of recruitment

The candidate should be based in Bangalore.
