Recruiter (Bilingual)

APEX Placement and Consulting is growing our internal team! We’re looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to connect talented candidates with opportunities across the clients we support. If you’re organized, relationship-focused, and comfortable managing multiple hiring needs, we’d love to connect!

• Metro Detroit candidates preferred; candidates outside the area will be considered based on qualifications.

What your day will look like:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
• Communicate with candidates in English and Spanish throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
• Discuss job responsibilities, pay, schedules, and requirements to help candidates find the right fit.
• Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and start dates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming openings.
• Keep candidate records and recruiting activity accurate and current in our applicant tracking system.
• Partner with the Apex team to prioritize openings, meet hiring goals, and provide a positive candidate experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in English and Spanish required, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using technology, maintaining accurate records, and learning new systems.
• A proactive approach and a passion for helping others succeed.
