Recruiter (Blue Collar)

About the role

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates into contract positions while supporting the development of new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts. Reporting to the Associate Director, Outsourcing, the Recruiter works closely with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions, achieve placement targets, and drive client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for blue-collar roles such as Technicians, Cleaners, Factory Workers, Production Operators, General Workers, and Warehouse Assistants around Klang Valley & Sepang area
• Utilize job portals, social media, referral networks, and community outreach to attract candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies and provide regular recruitment updates
• Support onboarding and deployment activities
• Deliver agreed financial revenue targets by successful job placements with weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets

About you

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar or high-volume hiring
• Experience sourcing candidates within Klang Valley and Sepang areas
• Familiarity with job portals, social media recruitment, and local sourcing channels
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments
• Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment agency environment (preferred)
• Existing network of blue-collar candidates and community contacts (preferred)
