Recruiter(招聘专员)

该职位来源于猎聘 Main job is as a Recruiter:

• Discuss with line managers to understand detail requirement of each position;
• Post position advertisement on job net and release to headhunter if need;
• Screen resumes to identify candidates for each position;
• Arrange interviews with line managers by coordinating schedules;
• Conduct first interviews and provide assessment summary to line managers;
• Discuss with line managers about the interview feedback and adjust the searching strategy if necessary;
• Release offer letters and coordinate for candidate’s onboard process.
• Other ad hoc works assigned. Requirements:
• University/Bachelor's degree or above; 2. 5+ years working experience in recruitment in MNC;
• Excellent capabilities of interview, judgement, negotiation and networking;
• Good communication skill with management team, dept. managers, employees and candidates at all level.
• Be a good team member, self-motivated and self-driven, able to work under high pressure;
• Fluent in both written and oral English.

Woking location: Haiyan, Zhejiang (浙江海盐)
