The Role

If you’re good at supporting client and hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and SLAs/KPIs are met, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews, drive recruiting timelines, and manage offers and negotiations.
• Ensure recruitment projects progress according to agreed timelines and processes.
• Provide stakeholder updates and manage relationships throughout the hiring process.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience managing hiring manager and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience in high-volume environments.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• May occasionally need to attend late-evening meetings to support EMEA stakeholders.
• Willing to work on APAC shift.
• Willing to work onsite 2x a month.
