The Role
This is a Recruiter position - built for someone at the start of their career. You don't need a recruitment background. You don't need a long CV. You need drive, a great attitude, and the hunger to get good at something fast.
You'll be working directly with candidates - real people making big life decisions. That means communication matters. Consistency matters. Showing up and following through matters. We'll teach you the rest.

What you'll be doing:

• Screening candidates and getting on the phone - this is a high-communication role
• Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates
• Completing reference checks
• Managing candidate pipelines and updating our ATS to keep everything clean and tracked
• Supporting the wider recruitment team to hit placement targets and keep candidates moving through the process
