We are looking for a motivated IT Recruitment Fresher to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and support the complete recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

• Any graduate with good communication skills.
• Strong interest in building a career in IT recruitment.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
