As a Recruiter at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and identifying the best talent in the market
• Collaborating with Business Unit Managers to ensure an excellent recruitment experience for both internal teams and candidates
• Creating and implementing tailored sourcing strategies for each vacancy, including online campaigns, direct sourcing, internal referrals and social media
• Developing our employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a consistently active talent pipeline
• Suggesting process improvements and contributing to our Talent Acquisition strategy
• Keeping up to date with recruitment trends and best practices

• You have experience in recruitment within the consultancy sector or in commercially focused roles
• You are people-oriented, with a can-do attitude, and are autonomous and proactive

• You have excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English
