Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment consulting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
