Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR Consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle for multiple clients across different industries, from sourcing candidates to final selection and joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and prepare a clear understanding of job descriptions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, social media and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications and client requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
• Negotiate salary, notice period and other relevant employment terms with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers/MIS.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand vacancies, feedback and hiring priorities.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
• Maintain proper documentation and recruitment records.
• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
• Handle multiple positions and requirements simultaneously.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to understand different job profiles and client requirements.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a recruitment consultancy environment.
• Good convincing and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple requirements.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant HR qualification will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Consultancy.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment will be preferred.
• Candidates with consultancy/recruitment agency experience will be given preference.
