Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills and good communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Ensure regular follow-up with candidates until the joining stage.
• Handle multiple vacancies and achieve recruitment targets within timelines.
• Maintain proper recruitment reports and MIS.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
