Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using talent acquisition platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, Workday, and PeopleSoft to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, and leveraging ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like UltiPro and Lever to generate candidate pipelines.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and candidate assessments while maintaining candidate relationship management (CRM) systems for ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop targeted recruitment plans.
• Negotiate employment contracts, salary packages, and benefits to secure top talent while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards.
• Lead campus recruitment initiatives and participate in training & development programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate evaluations, and onboarding processes within HRIS systems such as Kronos and Salesforce.

Skills

• Proven experience with full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, and managing teams of recruiters in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of talent management practices, employment law in talent management, and HR sourcing strategies.
• Expertise in using talent acquisition platforms like Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Lever, and HRIS systems such as Kronos and Paychex.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Skilled in negotiation techniques to facilitate offers that align with company policies and market trends analysis.
• Ability to perform research on market trends to inform recruitment strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Familiarity with clinical staff recruitment processes as well as employee orientation, contracts management, employee evaluation, succession planning, and employee relations.

Pay: $57,097.99 - $68,763.17 per year
