About the role

As a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter, you will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse BPO campaigns, successfully executing mass hiring, project-based headcount fulfillment, and permanent corporate placements. You will discover and engage passive and active top-tier candidates through multi-channel sourcing, and orchestrate an engaging talent pipeline by modernizing screening protocols to focus on skills-based hiring, practical portfolios, and behavioral alignment over traditional qualification barriers.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse BPO campaigns, successfully executing mass hiring, project-based headcount fulfillment, and permanent corporate placements.
• Discover and engage passive and active top-tier candidates through multi-channel sourcing.
• Orchestrate an engaging talent pipeline by modernizing screening protocols to focus on skills-based hiring, practical portfolios, and behavioral alignment over traditional qualification barriers.
• Manage all pre-employment candidate documentation with precision, preparing structured, legally compliant offer letters and ensuring clear communication regarding shift rosters.
• Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers and Team Leaders to schedule panel assessments, deliver prompt candidate feedback, and facilitate a memorable, seamless onboarding day.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal hiring managers, partnering directly with them to map technical requirements, establish realistic SLA thresholds, and clarify candidate expectations.
• Champion our digital footprint by helping to plan and launch compelling employer branding narratives across social platforms, showcasing our purpose-driven work culture and employee experience.
• Promote a professional, welcoming candidate experience at physical corporate networking events, university career fairs, and open-day recruitment campaigns.

About you

• Ability to speak and communicate fluently in Mandarin.
• Prior experience in the dynamic BPO industry.
• High energy and a natural confidence on the phone.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
