About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter based in the Philippines to join our team and take ownership of recruiting Filipino talent for international opportunities. We are looking for a business-minded Recruiter who can go beyond traditional recruitment — someone who understands business and hiring needs, can assess the local talent market, and can recommend effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified Filipino candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews, and qualification assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Filipino talent.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and coordinate with hiring stakeholders.
• Understand business and hiring requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide insights on the Philippine talent market, including candidate availability, salary expectations, and sourcing channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and local talent networks.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities and recruitment channels in the Philippines.
• Work with international stakeholders and provide recruitment recommendations based on business needs.
• Support the development and growth of our recruitment operations in the Philippines.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine talent market.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates.
• Business-minded and commercially aware, with the ability to understand how recruitment supports business objectives.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of recruitment activities.
• Proactive, analytical, and strong in problem-solving.
• Comfortable working with international teams and in a remote environment.
• Experience or background in business development, sales, account management, staffing, consulting, or other business-related functions is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for international companies or overseas clients.
• Previous experience in recruitment agencies, staffing companies, or international recruitment.
• Existing professional network within the Philippine talent market.
• Experience working with US, European, or other international markets.
