Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for open positions.
• Post job openings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Review resumes and identify suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates by phone, text, and email.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Verify licences, qualifications, and availability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Communicate job details, shifts, and requirements clearly.
• Support candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Follow up with candidates to confirm shift attendance and availability.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and team members.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable using Canva to create professional social media and hiring posts.
• Must have experience using social media platforms for recruitment and posting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
