Who you are

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Recruiter to join our team and support our Corporate functions
• The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of success, deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a variety of roles across Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, or broader G&A hiring
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 5+ hires per month)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
• Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed

What the job involves

• In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapidly growing business functions
• This is a six month contract with potential to extend based on business need
• Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
• Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
• Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes
