Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for lateral hiring positions within the organization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer extension.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or human resource recruiting.

• Proven track record in lateral hiring, particularly in management consulting or professional services industries.

• Strong understanding of the market trends and competitive landscape in the industry.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.

  Location Andheri West 

  Monday  to Saturday ( 2 and 3 Saturday off )
