About the role
This is a recruitment role focused on identifying and engaging potential candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting them through their onboarding process. You will be responsible for meeting monthly recruitment targets while managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and contact potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and explain job details
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist candidates during the 7-day trial period
- Meet monthly recruitment targets
About you
Good communication skills
Able to conduct interviews confidently
Additional languages are an advantage
Responsible, proactive and target-oriented
Recruitment or HR experience is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply
