Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will drive the full cycle recruiting process, sourcing top talent across various functions, including clinical staff recruitment, HR sourcing, and executive recruiting. Your expertise in leveraging talent management platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS) will ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop strategic recruitment plans, and foster strong candidate relationships. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us attract high-caliber candidates while maintaining compliance with employment and labor laws.

Duties

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to ensure efficient candidate flow and data accuracy
• Source candidates through diverse channels including social media management, job boards, campus recruitment initiatives, cold calling, and external recruiting efforts
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for clinical roles and other key positions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates via Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance engagement and retention
• Negotiate employment contracts and offers aligned with company policies while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations
• Collaborate with C-suite executives and hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, and market trends analysis
• Oversee the recruitment team’s activities, providing guidance on recruiting best practices, training & development initiatives, and process improvements
• Manage external recruiting agencies and leverage talent acquisition platforms like Lever, UltiPro, Kronos, HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or HRIS modules within Workday for data management
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by coordinating employee orientation programs, onboarding processes, and employment contracts

Experience

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within healthcare or clinical staffing environments is highly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) including iCIMS, Taleo, Workday or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of employment law in talent management and HR sourcing practices
• Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing through social media management, research techniques, cold calling, and external recruiting channels
• Experience managing teams of recruiters or collaborating with senior leadership on talent acquisition strategies
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or UltiPro for employee data management and reporting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization—especially with C-suite executives—while maintaining a collaborative approach
• Knowledge of sales techniques applied to lead generation for talent acquisition purposes
• Ability to analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
