About the Role:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple mandates
• Partner directly with founders, CXOs & hiring managers
• Source top talent through LinkedIn, networking & creative sourcing strategies
• Screen, evaluate & build strong candidate pipelines
• Ensure smooth candidate experience from first call to offer closure
• Work on mid-to-senior level roles across growth, marketing, ecommerce, ops & more

Requirements Who You Are:

• 0-1 years of experience in recruitment
• Graduate
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand business needs, not just job descriptions
• Hustle mindset with structured execution
• Someone who enjoys closing mandates & building long-term client trust
• Must have a personal laptop & stable WiFi connection
