Recruiter

Role & responsibilities :

• Receive and understand job requirements from hiring managers.
• Create or coordinate job descriptions and job postings.
• Search for suitable candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial HR/recruiter screening interviews.
• Assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and manage interview feedback.
• Maintain candidate records in an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Conduct reference/background checks where required.
• Coordinate salary discussions and offer processes.
• Negotiate offers within approved guidelines.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates for management.
