About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join our team at Kings Group in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our recruitment operations, serving as the bridge between our clients' hiring needs and exceptional candidates seeking their next career opportunity. As a Recruiter, you will be instrumental in building our talent pipeline, maintaining our reputation for quality placements, and contributing to the strategic growth of Kings Group. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in candidates' careers whilst driving business success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates for current and future opportunities
• Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations
• Liaise with clients to understand their recruitment requirements, company culture, and role specifications
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and facilitate interview scheduling and feedback processes
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job specification through to candidate placement and onboarding support
• Negotiate offers and facilitate salary discussions between candidates and clients
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and placement outcomes
• Achieve recruitment targets and KPIs whilst maintaining high standards of service quality
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Stay informed of industry trends, market rates, and competitor activity to provide expert guidance

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment (global/international), ideally within a recruitment agency environment or similar fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse personalities and backgrounds
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple concurrent recruitment projects
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Results-driven mindset with the drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and objections
• Knowledge of the Australian job market and familiarity with key industries is advantageous
• A genuine passion for understanding candidates' career aspirations and helping them succeed
• Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative and candidate-related documentation
