Recruiter

We are looking for Recruiter for our client Ace Designers Ltd.

Peenya- Bangalore location

6 days work from office.

B.Tech/ B.E. + MBA

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing profiles, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer generation, and onboarding new hires.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).

Job Requirements :

• 2.5-10 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing profiles, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer generation, and onboarding new hires.
• Excellent HR coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in generating offers through various channels such as email or phone calls.
