Job summary

We need a strategic Recruiter who understands that Recruiting is a Sales and Marketing function. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles, segmented by skill set, seniority, and industry.
• Track all requirement activity in the company ATS/CRM and provide weekly pipeline reports.
• Research and identify target companies that align with our recruitment niche and service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitch decks, and service agreements.
• Own the email marketing infrastructure: manage lists, segments, templates, and deliverability.
• Set up automated workflows that trigger based on prospect behavior (opens, clicks, replies).
• Present monthly performance reviews to leadership with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 Years of proven experience in Recruitment, preferably in a Recruitment Agency or high-growth Startup environment.
• Demonstrate a track record of bringing in new client accounts, not just managing existing ones.
• Vast knowledge of email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Email Marketing tools: You must have built and deployed campaigns in Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Instantly.io.
• Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) to manage sales pipelines.
• Must be tech-savvy.

Remuneration: NGN 120,000
