Location: San Jose, CA (On-Site, 5 days/week)

Compensation: $75,000 base + performance incentives (OTE $130,000–$150,000)

Overview

:Our client is a growing, relationship-driven organization looking to add 1–2 high-energy recruiters to their San Jose office. This is not a passive, sit-behind-the-desk recruiting role. They need true “hunters” who are equally strong at building meaningful relationships in the community and delivering consistent hiring results

This person will act as a concierge to both candidates and internal stakeholders, owning the full recruiting lifecycle while becoming a visible and trusted presence in the local marke
