Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! In this role, you will drive the full cycle recruiting process, sourcing top-tier candidates across various disciplines, including clinical staff and HR roles. Your expertise in leveraging talent management platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media management will be essential to attract and engage high-quality talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and C-suite executives to understand staffing needs, develop strategic sourcing plans, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your ability to manage relationships, negotiate offers, and stay abreast of market trends will empower our organization to build a talented and diverse workforce.

Duties

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, utilizing platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Source candidates through innovative research methods, social media channels, external recruiting networks, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Conduct thorough interviewing sessions, assessing candidate skills, cultural fit, and compliance with employment law in talent management.
• Build strong relationships with candidates via CRM systems like Salesforce and HRIS tools such as UltiPro or Kronos to maintain ongoing engagement.
• Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop succession planning strategies and support talent management initiatives.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through onboarding, including employee orientation and contract finalization.
• Stay informed on market trends analysis to identify competitive advantages in talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with HR teams on employee relations, training & development programs, and performance evaluations related to new hires.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment; clinical staff recruitment experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with talent acquisition platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing, or PeopleSoft.
• Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR sourcing best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively through cold calling and client communication.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams of recruiters or lead recruitment projects independently.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools like UltiPro or Kronos, and social media management for recruiting purposes.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and external recruiting techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certifications are advantageous.

Pay: $50,855.00 - $61,244.73 per year
