Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Recruiter | Adecco | Keene,NH to work on a contract basis. The position supports staffing and recruiting operations in the Keene, NH area. This role involves connecting talent with employment opportunities through direct sourcing and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for contract and temporary positions in the Keene, NH region.

• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

• Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and job requisitions in the applicant tracking system.

• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams to facilitate efficient hiring decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing or recruiting, preferably in a contract or temporary environment.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools for candidate management.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

• Familiarity with HR policies and compliance requirements in staffing and recruiting.
