Your primary focus will be on attracting top talent through various recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. **Duties:** - Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements - Utilize platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, and ATS to manage candidate applications and track recruitment activities - Conduct research to identify potential candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks - Perform full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting job offers - Specialize in various recruiting areas such as Technical recruiting, Executive recruiting, Sales, Campus recruitment, and Internal recruiting - Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment initiatives - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process **Experience:** - Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles - Familiarity with recruitment tools like Kronos and iCIMS - Strong understanding of different recruitment methods and techniques - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Experience in utilizing technology for recruitment purposes If you are passionate about connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities and possess the skills mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting Recruiter position.
