Recruiter

Zone 4 is looking for a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and play a critical role in building the skilled workforce that powers our nationwide installation projects.

In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for field installation positions across the country, from entry-level installers to highly skilled tradespeople, leads, and site supervisors. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, coordinating pre-employment processes, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines ahead of project ramp-ups.

We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruiting professional with experience building and maintaining workforce pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and sourcing talent through a variety of channels including trade schools, workforce organizations, community networks, and direct outreach. You'll work closely with Operations and Project Management teams to ensure our projects are staffed with qualified, safety-focused talent when and where they are needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting construction, industrial, manufacturing, or field-service workforces. Experience with high-volume hiring, applicant tracking systems, hiring compliance, drug screening programs, and workforce planning is essential. Additional HR Generalist experience is a plus.

This position is primarily remote, with preference given to candidates based in Texas or another major U.S. labor market, and will require occasional travel to job sites, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives.
