Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring for product-based technology companies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and closing candidates for technical roles across Product Development, SRE, DevOps, Backend and Full Stack Engineering.

The candidate should be a strong headhunter with excellent communication skills, the ability to understand technology requirements, and experience working closely with hiring managers and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and headhunting to candidate engagement, interview coordination and offer closure.

• Source high-quality technical candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri and AI-based sourcing platforms.

• Perform proactive headhunting and passive candidate sourcing for niche engineering positions.

• Recruit primarily for product engineering and technology roles, including:

• Product Development

• SRE / Site Reliability Engineering

• DevOps

• Backend Development

• Full Stack Development

• Understand technical requirements and identify relevant skills, technologies and candidate profiles.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical fit, communication and motivation.

• Build strong relationships and maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Closely collaborate with Hiring Managers, Technical Teams and other stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide suitable profiles.

• Coordinate candidates through interviews and ensure timely follow-ups at every stage.

• Manage offer discussions, negotiations and offer closure.

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the ATS.

• Work effectively with global stakeholders and support hiring across different regions/time zones.

• Use market intelligence and sourcing insights to identify suitable talent pools.

Required Skills:

• 4–7.5 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience hiring for product-based technology organizations.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for SRE, DevOps, Backend, Full Stack or Product Development roles.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Exposure to AI-based sourcing/recruitment platforms.
• Strong headhunting and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Good understanding of Cloud, Networking, Security, Infrastructure and Software Engineering technologies.
• Excellent candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Experience managing candidates through the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Preferred Background:

Candidates from product-based companies in Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Networking, Infrastructure or SaaS are preferred.

Target organizations may include Microsoft, Atlassian, VMware, Cisco, HP, NetApp, Palo Alto Networks, Nutanix, Adobe, Rescale, Rakuten, Sophos, Dell Technologies, Pure Storage, Red Hat, Citrix Systems, or similar product-based technology companies.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with global stakeholders.
• Experience using Oracle ATS.
• Exposure to technical hiring for cloud/security/networking/infrastructure products.
• Experience with talent mapping and niche technology hiring.
