Job Summary

Position: Recruiter - Advertising Creative

Location: Mumbai, India

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Brandmovers across advertising, creative, digital, strategy, account management, business development and other agency functions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, networking and industry mapping.
• Proactively reach out to candidates through cold calling, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Pitch Brandmovers and relevant opportunities to prospective candidates and generate interest in open positions.
• Screen candidates to assess their experience, skill sets, career aspirations and suitability for the role.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offer negotiation, closure and joining.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent from the advertising, creative, digital and marketing ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify relevant profiles.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Meet defined sourcing, calling, outreach and hiring targets.

Qualifications

Preferred Education and Qualifications (not necessary)

Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources / Business / Psychology / Mass Communication / Advertising

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Candidates with a recruitment consultancy / staffing agency background will be preferred.
• Prior experience recruiting for the advertising, creative, digital, media or marketing industry will be preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
• Excellent cold calling and candidate outreach skills.
• Strong candidate pitching, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to effectively sell roles and opportunities to candidates.
• Strong follow-up skills with a focus on recruitment closure.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience
• Recruitment consultancy / staffing agency experience preferred
• Advertising / Creative / Digital industry recruitment experience preferred
• Experience in sourcing, cold calling and candidate outreach
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate closure
