What will you be doing?

The objective of the role is to support the delivery of our client’s RPO and/or MSP hiring program. Working closely with Michael Page Outsourcing and key client stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for delivering your roles each month, managing candidate generation and selection, partnering with hiring managers throughout the shortlisting and interview process, and supporting offer negotiations through to successful onboarding.

This role could see you working in various settings — remotely, in a Page Group office, or on-site within our clients’ facilities. This variety provides an interesting and dynamic working environment.

We’re looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team of Talent Acquisition Partners. You may have previous experience in recruitment or a related talent environment, and you’ll bring a curious and people-focused approach to supporting candidates throughout their job search.

Key Activities

• Engage with Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, expectations, timeframes, and candidate pool requirements.
• Support the Account Director / Talent Acquisition Manager with monthly reporting across all stages of the recruitment process for review with the client, including statistics on D&I applications and conversion rates.
• Become the Client’s storyteller, sharing relevant and engaging information with candidates about the client, their business strategy, culture, and current and future opportunities.
• Leverage a range of sourcing channels, including PageGroup systems, Client ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Identify talent through a variety of channels, understand their skills and motivations, and provide relevant information about our client’s culture and opportunities.
• Conduct research to identify, evaluate, and prioritise target companies and locations to attract talent from.
• Proactively develop, grow, and maintain a network of external prospects to support and nurture clients’ talent pools.
• Provide data and market insights to stakeholders and business leaders, making informed recommendations to support recruitment decisions.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised documentation in our applicant tracking system, including candidate information, hiring manager interactions, and other recruitment activities.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years’ end-to-end recruitment experience , gained within agency and/or onsite recruitment.
• Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or similar sectors is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills .
• Domain expertise in head office, STEM, or generalist recruitment.
• Broad exposure to recruitment ATS/VMS platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, and networking opportunities within your areas of expertise.
• Excellent English communication skills , both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively.
• Strong organisation, accountability, and attention to detail .
