What You'll Do As a Recruiter , with the support and guidance of a Recruiting Manager, you will build and manage a full-cycle recruiting desk while partnering with companies to help them find top talent.

In this role, the Recruiter will:

• Source, recruit, and interview professionals for permanent career opportunities.
• Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
• Present qualified candidates to existing clients.
• Develop new client relationships and grow your own book of business.
• Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed on hiring trends and industry developments.
