About the role

The Recruiter is responsible for talent acquisition activities, attracting high-quality candidates, and supporting workforce mobilization for oil & gas and energy projects across Asia and energy services. The role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to meet project hiring demands.

Key responsibilities

• Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns for oil & gas and energy projects
• Managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partnering with project managers and stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for technical and leadership roles
• Conducting market mapping and talent research across state.
• Ensuring recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies
• Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
• Providing regular updates, hiring reports, and analytics to management
• Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Supporting onboarding and mobilization activities for successful candidates

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years in recruitment
• Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in a diverse workplace environment
• Proficiency in recruitment systems and Microsoft Office tools
