Recruiter

Key responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment process, from manpower request, sourcing, screening, interview, assessment, offering, and onboarding
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholder
• Source candidate through Linkedin, job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channel
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and monitor recruitment targets/KPI

About you

• Bachelor degree of Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing company
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment process
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Batam
