Recruiter

KAVI Philippines is seeking a Recruiter to support our Philippines operations by sourcing and hiring Philippines-based IT and BPO talent, including high-volume roles. The role involves end-to-end recruitment and close coordination with internal stakeholders in the Philippines to ensure timely and quality hiring.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed and other relevant sourcing channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, technical qualifications, and shift flexibility.
• Organize and coordinate virtual interviews, manage candidate relationships, and maintain accurate recruitment pipelines using Google Sheets and/or ATS.
• Collaborate with internal teams in the Philippines and India to align hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate endorsements.
• Coordinate with local recruitment vendors, participate in walk-in recruitment activities, and support high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Ensure fast turnaround time while maintaining recruitment quality and compliance with company standards.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Philippine BPO and IT hiring.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Proficient in email outreach, Google Sheets, ATS/CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms
• Proven experience in resume screening, technical pre-screening interviews, and partnering with hiring managers on job requirements.
• Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and manage multiple requisitions
