Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment coordination and support hiring requirements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic screening and initial candidate interviews.
• Understand candidate profiles and assess suitability against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and pipelines.
• Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback and status updates.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from screening to offer and closure.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
