Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Contact Center/BPO or Healthcare recruitment, with strong knowledge of sourcing and hiring candidates for international accounts. This role will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, identifying qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle recruitment for international accounts and support hiring requirements across different markets.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, recruitment progress, and hiring challenges.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and company hiring procedures.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration, or undergraduate or senior high school equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Contact Center/BPO or Healthcare industry
• Experience handling international recruitment or sourcing candidates for international accounts is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and applicant tracking systems
