Rizeupnetwork is a growing business operating within the network of a billion-dollar financial services company, focused on developing professionals through structured training, mentorship, and a supportive team environment.

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Recruiters. This opportunity is designed for individuals who are looking to develop professionally, build valuable communication and business skills, and grow within a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals to discuss career opportunities
• Identify and communicate with potential candidates
• Participate in professional training and development
• Communicate with candidates and team members through phone, video, and in-person meetings
• Build strong professional relationships and maintain consistent communication
• Assist with interviews, follow-ups, and the onboarding process
• Collaborate with experienced teammates and leadership as you develop

Flexible Work Environment

The role offers flexibility to work remotely or from our office depending on your needs and stage of development.

Much of the work can be completed from anywhere with a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi. Our office also provides an environment where you can work alongside teammates, receive hands-on support, collaborate with colleagues, and access additional training when needed.

Pay: $51,050.93 - $100,000.00 per year
