Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of recruitment experience and be confident in handling the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening through interview coordination and successful placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Assess candidates based on experience, qualifications, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and job suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain an active database of qualified candidates.
• Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure timely submission of suitable profiles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support urgent and high-volume recruitment requirements when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Good knowledge of candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and major job portals.
• Strong communication, screening, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies within deadlines.
• Good knowledge of the UAE recruitment market will be an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE are preferred.
• Candidates on Spouse Visa are preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners will be an advantage.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
