Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic/International IT positions
• Experience in C2H, staffing exp will added preference
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and other channels
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding processes
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates
