The United Green, founded in 2018, is the nation's leading cannabis staffing company. We connect top tier talent with cannabis and hemp businesses across the country, helping our clients build the teams behind some of the most exciting products and brands in the industry. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Recruiter to join our headquarters team in Auburn Hills, MI.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to potential candidates by phone, through networking, and via job boards to build strong talent pipelines
• Screen candidates and get to know their background, skills, and goals to find the right match for each role
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates through the hiring process
• Post job openings and keep candidate pipelines organized in Bullhorn
• Work closely with our sales and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Take part in team meetings and contribute ideas to our recruiting strategy

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and is comfortable picking up the phone
• Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Able to work well in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS or CRM is a plus, though not required
• Recruiting experience is helpful but not necessary; we're glad to train the right person

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Recruiting or HR experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with an ATS or CRM system (Bullhorn experience a plus)
• Background in staffing, agency recruiting, or sales
• Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Interest in or familiarity with the cannabis or hemp industry
